Hey there, Tammy! Welcome to planDisney.
It sounds like you might have an old ticket or pass in your hands. Yay for found treasure! There are a few ways you can check to see if it is still valid for admission. Use the ID numbers on the ticket to
link it to your My Disney Experience account. When viewing your linked ticket under "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, you should be able to view the valid use dates or expiration date. If you are having
trouble linking your ticket, give the Existing Tickets line a
call at (407) 934-7639. A helpful Cast Member will be able to look up your ticket information and let you know the status. I know hold times have been long on the phone lines lately, so you may prefer to
email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. Another option would be to stop by a theme park ticket window or
Guest Relations location or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to inquire about the status of your tickets.
Although Walt Disney World Resort currently offers
date-based tickets with a specific usage period,
old unexpired tickets will continue to be honored for admission. The value of a wholly unused but expired ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket.
At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need a
Disney Park Pass reservation in addition to valid admission in order to visit a theme park. Be sure to check the
theme park availability calendar prior to making plans for your visit. Now that we are in the midst of spring break season, some upcoming dates have limited reservation availability.
Please stop by and see us again if you have any additional questions. We are always happy to help.
