Hi, I have 4 1-Day passes. My girlfriend & I plan to visit, but the website or app doesn't let me add more than 1 pass per person. I have only two 1-Day passes linked to our profiles (1 each). How do we add 2nd pass to our profile?

    Hiya Piyush,

Welcome to planDisney! Can you believe that you will be at Walt Disney World Resort in a couple of days?! You will be visiting during one of my favorite holidays, so May the 4th be with you during your travels. If Hollywood Studios isn't on your must-visit list during your trip, definitely make sure to add it. There will be so much incredible merchandise and snacks commemorating this special day, so I recommend not missing it!

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with your theme park tickets. In my experience, you should be able to have more than one ticket linked to your account; I currently have six under my name in my account. First, double-check that the tickets are not already linked to the account of the person who purchased the tickets. The easiest way to do this is by logging into the My Disney Experience mobile app and looking under "Tickets and Passes." If you see the tickets there, you will need to "reassign" one of them to your girlfriend, and it will link to her account from there. If you don't see the tickets, you should follow a similar process to how you linked the first two. On the website, log into your My Disney Experience account and go to "My Plans." Once on that page, you will see a ticket icon with little Mickey Mouse ears on it. Select that icon and select "Link Tickets" from the choices presented. Enter each ticket's confirmation number (found in your confirmation email), and it will link them. On the app, locate the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. On the next screen, select "Tickets and Passes." In the top right-hand corner there should be a blue "plus sign" in the top right-hand corner of your screen. Press it and then select "Link Tickets & Passes" from the options shown.

I hope this was helpful, Piyush. Before I let you go, if the steps above still don't work, your next step should be to reach out to a Cast Member over the phone in Tickets or Website Support. Sometimes, Stitch wreaks havoc on the site, which can lead to glitches in linking things. A Cast Member would be able to assist you in linking it.

    Happy Planning,
