Hello! I have 3, 4 day passes fir my family. We used day 1 with another family so they scanned my tickets. They now can still see our tickets, how can I unlink them?

Hey there, Courtney! Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney!

If I'm understanding your question correctly, It sounds like you last visited Disneyland Resort with some family friends and had linked all your tickets together in the Disneyland mobile app. This is such a smart idea to easily coordinate your group's dining reservations or Lightning Lane entrances, or join the virtual queue for Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway as a large party! However, I understand you may wish to remove your tickets from their device if you are no longer traveling together for the remainder of your visit.

Removing a ticket or pass from the Disneyland mobile app is fairly straightforward and I'll be happy to take you through the steps:

First, open the Disneyland mobile app on the device from which you wish to remove the tickets or passes. On the app home screen, select the three horizontal lines in the bottom, right-hand corner. Then, navigate to the "Tickets and Passes" icon. There, all tickets and passes that were previously linked to the device will be displayed. You can select the ticket(s) you wish to remove and then press the symbol to "Delete Ticket" or "Delete Pass" depending on which admission type you have.

I hope this helps, Courtney! And more than anything, I hope the remainder of your trip is full of all the wonder awaiting you, especially during the Disney100 Celebration! If we can help with any other personalized advice or recommendations, please feel welcome to come back and visit planDisney again!

    Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
