    I had 4 2day passes for Disneyworld in April 2020 & Pandemic hit . We are finally going to DisneyWorld in June. The tickets were linked in my account 2 years ago but now I see no signs of it or a credit for the value. What happen

    Oh boy, Tina! I’m so glad to hear you will finally be able to enjoy your Walt Disney World Resort vacation after all this time! I know the past couple of years have been challenging, with many unexpected changes in travel plans, so I'm so excited you'll be visiting so soon! While I know it must have been such a bummer to cancel your trip in 2020; the silver lining is that you’ll now be visiting during Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary Celebration! One of my favorite parts of the celebration is the new nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park. You'll see Main Street, U.S.A. like never before as it transforms with EARidescent light and color with the incredible fireworks over Cinderella Castle. It's an absolute must-do!

    So, let’s get your tickets situated and get you on your way! While unused theme park tickets do expire, the value of those tickets remains under your account and can be used toward a future visit. In this case, your tickets from 2020 still have a credit associated with them that you can apply toward purchasing your tickets for June. However, since the tickets have expired, they would no longer show in your My Disney Experience account and cannot be applied online. So, you would need to call Guest Relations directly at (407) 934-7639, where a Cast Member will be happy to take care of this for you.

    Tina, when you arrive this summer, make sure to keep your eyes out for the fabulous celebratory sips and bites available throughout Walt Disney World in honor of The World's Most Magical Celebration. From savory to sweet, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
