Hello Melissa!
Welcome to planDisney and thanks for bringing a question our way!
The good news is your 3-day ticket will not go to waste! That's because wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021 or April 13, 2021 will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. The ticket will expire 13 days after first use or on December 16, 2021, whichever occurs first. Also, the
Disneyland Resort announced extensions to a few different promotional theme park ticket types. So if your 3-day tickets is a Southern California Resident Ticket, Canada Resident Ticket or 2020 Military Salute Ticket, you can check the Disneyland Resort
website for more information about the new expiration date for those promotional tickets.
But, don't worry if your ticket type has not been extended! According to
eTicket Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. Once the theme parks reopen and you’re ready to visit, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and ask a Cast Member to apply your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
If you would prefer to discuss alternative options, please reach out to Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636. A Cast Member there would be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
We hope you continue to bring your questions to us here at planDisney!
