Hi Amanda,
Welcome to planDisney!
Planning a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort brings lots of happiness in my family so I can imagine the excitement in your household! With valid
theme park tickets linked in your
My Disney Experience account, you should be able to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. My guess would be that there is no park pass reservation availability for the date you are trying to reserve. If you have not done so already, check the
theme park pass reservation availability calendar.
With multiple tickets linked to your account, the system will prioritize tickets so that when you scan into the parks tickets are pulled in a certain order. I typically stop by
Guest Relations to make sure my tickets are prioritized in the order I would prefer. If you check the theme park reservation availability calendar and there are park pass reservations available yet you still cannot reserve a park, I suggest that you
contact a Cast Member in Website support. You can also contact a Cast Member to inquire about prioritizing your tickets. They may be able to prioritize them over the phone prior to your arrival.
As you continue to make plans, I hope you have made or are planning to make
advanced dining reservations. We found dining reservations helpful on our most recent visit. While we enjoyed using
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering on a few mornings, our family prefers to take a break at table-service restaurants during our visit. Those breaks give us a chance to enjoy some air conditioning and to discuss our plans for the remainder of the day.
Amanda, familiarize yourself with
Mobile Dine Check-in and
Disney MagicMobile service. Both of these tools were helpful to use on my visit last week. Sending you lots of pixie dusted patience as you prepare for an
Incredible visit!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
