How much is a day pass to Disney world

Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question! The Walt Disney World Resort has many things to see and do: four theme parks, two water parks, over 30 Disney Resorts Collection hotels, the ESPN Wide World of Sports, and a shopping and dining district, Disney Springs. There is too much to see and do in one day, but one day at The Most Magical Place On Earth is better than none, no doubt about it.

Theme Park Tickets are date-based, which means the price will vary based on several factors, such as the day of the week you want to visit and whether you wish to visit one park or multiple parks. To get an idea of pricing, I suggest you visit the Theme Park Ticket page, select a one-day ticket, and then use the calendar to see what the prices would be for each specific park or the price with the Park Hopper Option, which allows you to visit multiple parks in the same day.

If you had to choose one park, I would recommend the Magic Kingdom. It is the original Disney World theme park and features great rides like TRON Lightcycle / Run, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Pirates of the Caribbean, and the highly anticipated opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. I'm a proponent of the flexibility to jump from one park to another, so I always add the Park Hopper Option to my tickets. My ideal day in Disney World starts at EPCOT, heads to Hollywood Studios mid-day, and ends at the Magic Kingdom with Happily Ever After. To accomplish as much as possible, I would also add Disney Genie+ through the My Disney Experience app to book Virtual Queues and Lightning Lanes and purchase Individual Lightning Lanes.

I hope this points you in the right direction, Emma. If you have any follow-up questions or would like me to help plan your 24 hours in Disney World, submit another question. I would be happy to help you plan the perfect day!
