    On the “my day” part of the app, the banner at top shows a different park than the one we reserved and also lists inaccurate times for the park. We have Animal Kingdom reserved and it shows Magic Kingdom, listed as open 8-8, which is AK’s hours. Glitch?

    I love using the My Disney Experience App on my mobile phone to help plan my Walt Disney World vacations! 

    I am sorry that you are having issues with your My Disney Experience app. First, ensure that you have updated your My Disney Experience App on your mobile phone to the most recent update because things are constantly being updated and improved with the My Disney Experience app. Also, you can call 1-(407)-939-4357 for help with My Disney Experience. Sometimes I also use a computer to access the My Disney Experience Account and look at my Park Pass Reservations and the Park Hours Calendar, which has worked well for me.
