I have a 3 day parkhopper linked to my Disney account and today,I was able to purchase a Magic Key. How can I unlink the 3 day pass, so I can get a refund from the 3rd party from whom I purchased the ticket, thanks!

    Hi there, Alison!

Welcome back to planDisney, and thanks for asking us another Disneyland Resort question. I’m so thrilled to hear you were able to purchase a Magic Key, and I know you’ll have many pixie-dusted theme park adventures in the future with the help of your pass!

Alison, the easiest way to unlink a theme park ticket from your Disney account is with the Disneyland mobile app. Make sure you’re logged into your account, and then tap the "≡" icon to open the main menu. Select "My Tickets & Passes" and scroll through the tickets and passes linked to your account until you see the one you want to remove. Below the ticket barcode and number, you should see an option to "Delete This Ticket" that you can tap. If you don't have the option to remove it this way, I recommend calling the ticket helpline at (714) 781-4636 so a friendly Cast Member can assist you with this task.

Don’t forget to check out the Magic Key pass discounts before your next visit to the resort so you’ll be ready to make the most of all the benefits currently available. I also recommend following @DisneylandMagicKey on Facebook and Instagram for the latest Magic Key news! If you have any more vacation planning questions, please feel free to write back soon.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
