Hello I have 2 1 day 1 park tier 6 tickets that I won in Sept 2022 i thought i had a year to use them but when I tried to make a reservation it said they expired on June 15th. I have heard that I can still use unused tickets but don't know what to do.

I’m so sorry to hear that you were not able to use your tickets before they expired! Typically when tickets expire, you never lose the value paid for the tickets and are able to use that value towards the purchase of new tickets. Without knowing how the tickets you won were acquired, it’s hard to say what your options are for those tickets.

It may be that the tickets you won were promotional tickets and have no value. Another option could be that you won the tickets from someone that purchased them directly from Disney and so they do still hold some value. Your best bet is going to be to call Ticket Services and explain your situation to one of the wonderful Cast Members that are ready to assist. You’ll want to make sure you have the tickets on hand so that they can look up how they originated. They will be able to best guide you on what your options are for those tickets.
