Hi Danielle,
Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney! I’m not sure if you’ve just returned home after your Disney vacation, or if you’re still in Walt Disney World, so let’s talk about how to find your PhotoPass photos.
Although your
Memory Maker was included with your 14-Day Magic ticket, it should be associated with your MyDisney account, so the photos would appear in your PhotoPass gallery regardless of which ticket you scanned. Since it sounds like you’ve already looked through your PhotoPass gallery and have determined which photos are missing, there are a few options for contacting PhotoPass Support. You can call the
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team to report missing photos, or
report a missing photo online. Try to have as many details about the missing photo ready to share with the Cast Member. For example, the online form asks for the date, time, and location the photo was taken, and if it was an attraction or character photo. Then you can enter details about the Guests who were in the photo. The form will even allow you to attach another photo of the Guests, preferably from the same day, so the Cast Members can use those details to help identify missing photos.
I hope this helps, Danielle. Give the PhotoPass team a call or submit the form as soon as possible, since
photos expire 45 days from the date they were taken. I hope you had a very merry time at Walt Disney World! If you have any more questions, we’re here to help at
planDisney.
