If you’re worried about scanning the wrong ticket with your Magic Band, I’d suggest using the
My Disney Experience mobile app to access your party ticket. To find your tickets, first click on the menu icon (three lines) in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then tap “My Tickets & Passes” and you’ll see all your tickets at the top of the screen. You can navigate to the desired ticket by swiping left or right, and then scan the correct ticket barcode at the park entrance to ensure there's no mix-up.
Don’t hesitate to speak with a helpful Cast Member at
Guest Relations if the wrong ticket is scanned or you’re having any other issues. You’ll find Guest Relations to the right of the turnstiles at the entrance of the Magic Kingdom and at the Town Hall once you’re inside the park.
