Happiest Greetings on Earth, Patricia! I'm so happy to welcome you to planDisney and I'm glad you found us for all your Disney vacation planning questions.
I'm sorry to hear that you had a change in plans that prevented you from being able to use your previous Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. Unfortunately, Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and I am not aware of a way to transfer the ticket entitlements between Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. I'm so sorry if this is disappointing news! Luckily, you may still have some
options available to you, especially if the ticket is wholly-unused and expired. My best recommendation is to call the
Existing Tickets line and speak with a friendly Cast Member who can assist you in determining if you are able to apply the price of your original ticket to the purchase of a new ticket of equal or greater value at Walt Disney World Resort. I hope that is some helpful guidance for now, Patricia!
In the meantime, if you still have your heart set on a Disneyland Resort visit, you might be interested in the newest
special ticket offer that recently launched, with specially-priced 3-day tickets valid for use this summer on select days between June 10 and September 26, 2024! You can also review the
standard ticket options for Disneyland Resort theme park tickets online or in the
Disneyland mobile app.
I sincerely hope this has been useful advice, Patricia. If we can lend any other recommendations or assist you with some inspiration before your next visit, please come back and see us again here at
planDisney! We're always happy to help.
Wishing you Wondrous Journeys,
Tishra
