I have 2 day/1 park per day tickets for 7/3 in DCA and 7/4 in Disneyland. I want to cancel 7/3 for DCA and reschedule for 7/9. DCA seems to be available on 7/9, but it says as starting park. Can I schedule for DCA on 7/9 or do I have to visit DCA first?

    Hi Londa,

You're going to be at The Happiest Place on Earth in just a few days! Whoo hoo! Have fun packing and counting down these last few days; it won't be long before you're enjoying all the Disney magic and fun!

While theme park reservations can't be modified, you are welcome to cancel the ones you currently have on July 3rd and make new ones for July 9th. The "starting park" language means for that specific day, not your trip overall, so if you're wanting to visit Disney California Adventure Park for the day, you'll simply choose that park for your theme park reservations. For Guests with Park Hopper tickets, they need to make sure they make a reservation for the first park they're planning to visit (thus the "starting park" terminology), then they can begin hopping between the two parks beginning at 1 PM each day, pending capacity availability.

How fun that you're going to be at Disneyland Park on July 4th! With the return of Mickey's Mix Magic debuting that day, excitement will surely be in the air! Of course, there are lots of wonderful experiences to enjoy this summer, and I just know you're going to have a BLAST!

Thanks so much for visiting us at planDisney, Londa, and have a truly magical vacation!
