How do I use 1-day park passes that were originally planned to be used March 23, 2020?

    Welcome to planDisney, Lori!

Thank you for stopping by with your very first question! It is a pleasure to help you plan magical memories for your upcoming Disney vacation!

Lori, tickets impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort last year were automatically extended to use any date through September 26, 2021! To use your ticket, be sure that it is linked to your Disney account and make a Disney Park Pass reservation for the date and park you wish to visit. All Guests ages 3 and older are currently required to have both a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on the same date. If you are unable to use your ticket by September 26, 2021, you may apply the value of a wholly unused ticket toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. For assistance with existing theme park tickets, please call (407) 566-4985.

PlanDisney tip: If you plan to visit Mickey soon, be sure to check special offers and contact Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to book your next Disney vacation.

I hope this information is helpful, Lori. Come back to visit us if you have additional questions and check our Panel Extras for more tips and advice!

    Best magical wishes,
