I had 6 day park passes in My Disney Experience from March 18 2020. Now they are gone. Where will I find them now and why were they removed. I called when the shutdown was happening and was told my tickets will be saved until I am ready to go.

    Hello, Brenda!

Welcome to planDisney with an excellent question about theme park tickets. We are thrilled to help fellow Guests plan magical memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Tickets that were impacted by the temporary closure of the Walt Disney World Resort last year were extended until September 26, 2021. Since you did not use your tickets by this date, they expired, and you can no longer access them via My Disney Experience. However, I have good news for you! Cast Members can easily find theme park admission associated with your Disney account, even if you can no longer view your expired tickets.

I am also happy to share that you are welcome to apply the amount paid for wholly unused tickets toward the purchase of admission for a future visit. All you need to do is call (407) 934-7639, and Cast Members will be happy to assist you. I am actually in the same boat! I also had tickets that were impacted by the temporary closure and they expired on September 26, 2021. I called the Walt Disney World Resort and spoke to a Cast Member who confirmed I could use the amount that I paid for those tickets to purchase new theme park admission. Please note that additional charges may apply.

I hope this information is helpful, Brenda! Come back to visit us if you have additional questions, we are delighted to help!

    Best Disney wishes,
    Thiana
