theme park tickets. It is a pleasure to assist you as you plan a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
Depending on the terms and conditions at the time of purchase, you may apply the value of wholly unused tickets toward the purchase of a ticket for a future date. However, since the ticket you plan to use is under another Guest’s name, they will have to reassign the ticket to you before you can use it to purchase new park admission.
The Guest will have to
sign in to their Disney account, visit
Tickets & Memory Maker, find the ticket and select
Reassign Tickets. Tickets can also be reassigned via the
My Disney Experience app. While using the app on their mobile device, the Guest will have to tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, select
Tickets and Passes, and the ticket they wish to reassign. For further assistance, please contact Existing Tickets at (407) 566-4985.
