Welcome to planDisney, Nicole!
I am so happy to hear you’ll finally get your Walt Disney World Resort vacation in just a few days. Like you, I’ve had my vacations cancelled a couple of times now, and I am SO ready to be back in my happy place. You’ll be right in the middle of the magic so soon!
Let’s find those tickets! You say you have a 4-day park pass, and I assume you mean you’ve purchased 4-day theme park tickets. Have you already linked them to your
My Disney Experience account? To check, log in to your account either on a desktop computer or using the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Then, select Tickets and Passes (in the app, that option is in the menu, which you can find by tapping the three lines in the bottom right of the home screen). Scroll through and look for your tickets. Note that you will need to be connected to your partner through the
Family & Friends feature to see their ticket on your screen.
If you haven’t yet linked the tickets, they may be in your email if you purchased them online. The email will contain a confirmation number, which you can link by visiting the Tickets and Passes screen in My Disney Experience and tapping the “+” in the top right corner, and then adding each ticket. If you have trouble with any of these steps, I recommend
calling the friendly Existing Tickets Cast Members at (407) 566-4985. Have the credit card you used to purchase the tickets handy, as they’ll need that number to look up your tickets.
If you're asking about how to
access actual physical tickets once you arrive, here's the scoop. If the tickets are successfully linked to your My Disney Experience app and you have
MagicBands, you'll just need to scan your MagicBand at the park entrance, and you'll be all set. If you won't have MagicBands, stop by Guest Relations for ticket cards. Have your My Disney Experience app ready to show the Cast Members, and you may need to show your email ticket confirmation and ID as well.
Nicole, once your tickets are linked and all set, you’ll need to make
Disney Park Pass reservations for each day of your visit. It’s spring break season at the Walt Disney World Resort, so be sure to do this as soon as you can. You can
view theme park availability using the online calendar, which will help you plan your Disney days.
Enjoy every minute of your visit this week! As you count down the HOURS until your visit, if you think of any more questions, please come back and see us. It’s always a pleasure to help a fellow guest!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Robyn
