Hi I have a 1 day park pass for July 2nd but I did not receive the ticket with my other 8 3 day park hopper tickets in the mail

    Hi Danny,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. I hope you're looking forward to a most magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

It sounds like you purchased a 1-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day for July 2, yet you did not receive that ticket in the mail when you received your eight tickets of the type 3-Day Ticket with Park Hopper Option. If you still haven't yet received the ticket in the mail, my suggestion is to contact the Walt Disney World Ticketing team by calling them at (407)-566-4985. The Cast Members on the Ticketing team can assist you with any issue with the ticket you purchased and did not yet receive.

One planning step you'll want to complete, if you haven't already, is to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. You'll want to be sure to link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account, and that will enable you to make your theme park reservations.

As a quick reminder, you can always view and manage your theme park tickets and your theme park reservations in the "My Plans" area of your My Disney Experience account. You can also use the My Disney Experience mobile app.

Danny, there's so much to look forward to in your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. And here's one more exciting experience to look forward to -- nighttime fireworks are returning to Magic Kingdom Park and EPCOT starting July 1! And it sounds like you'll be there to look to the sky to experience the magic of the moment, so how cool is that?

Danny, here's wishing you a fun-filled stay at the Walt Disney World Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
