Hello Cheri!
Welcome to planDisney!
Cheri, unfortunately, a three-day park pass or ticket cannot be separated or broken up and then given to other people. Especially, once a ticket has been used.
You can reassign the whole three-day ticket to a person in your Family & Friends List but only if it's not used and before it expires. When entering the parks your finger is placed on a reader and through
fancy biometric technology an image of your finger is taken and then converted to a unique number. Your fingerprint picture is then discarded and not kept. When you visit another park or try to re-enter the same park with your three-day park pass that number is brought up. If for some reason the scan isn't linking or shows a different person, Cast Members will ask for ID or other verification that the person who started using the tickets is the person at the gate. It's the best way to ensure the ticket can't be stolen and used by others.
Cheri, I do hope you get a chance to visit the parks with a friend or loved one. Sharing a day in the Parks with the best people in your life is a perfect way to enjoy all of the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. One of my favorite traditions that we try to do every time we visit the Parks is to ride
Peter Pan's Flight first. It is a magical moment to sit on the ship and have a Cast Member sprinkle pixie dust to have the lap bar fall down and then be transported to Neverland.
I hope you make your own traditions and memories. Please
let me know if you have any more questions!
Happy Planning!
