I have 2 3-day Park Hoppers that I purchased on-line on 3/2/2020 and never used due to the pandemic. How do i get a refund?

Hey there Allison! Thanks for much for sending your question to us here at planDisney.

I have great news for you! According to the eTicket Terms and Conditions, any wholly unused, expired ticket is able to be exchanged for a ticket of equal or greater value. Tickets are not refundable. To exchange your expired ticket for a new one, you would need to go to the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. I suggest bringing the email confirmation or receipt, as well as the credit card you used to purchase with you.

Please note that currently, all tickets must have theme park ticket reservations to enter the parks, so be sure to look at the calendar to make sure the days you want to visit the Disneyland Resort are available. Once you exchange your tickets for new ones you will be able to link them to your Disney account and make the park reservations.

If you have any other specific questions about your tickets or exchanging them you can always reach out to a Cast Member at Ticket Services

Allison, there are so many exciting things returning to Disneyland Resort this spring, like World of Color and Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. I hope you are able to exchange your tickets and experience some of this magic at The Happiest Place on Earth soon.

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
