We have 5 day park hoppers for June. Our last visit was pre pandemic and we want to ride all the new rides in Hollywood Studios. Should we use 2 of our reservations for Hollywood Studios and 1 day each for the other parks?

    Hi Tommy,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending us your question!  It sounds like you are planning a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World Resort, a 5 day Theme Park Ticket with the Park Hopper Option will allow your family to experience plenty of Disney Magic!

When planning our days at Walt Disney World Resort for my family, I like to start with what I feel is most important to my family.  My daughter has not yet been to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, so for upcoming visit in July, that is my top priority.  Given that several attractions at Disney's Hollywood Studios are very popular, I would definitely suggest using your Theme Park Reservations for two days at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  This will give you multiple chances to be able to secure a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, which can be difficult to acquire.

The Park Hopper Option gives you more flexibility to head to a second Theme Park, should you wish to have a change of scenery later on in the day.  My family and I like to spend some time at one Theme Park and head to a second Theme Park for dinner and evening fun prior to returning to our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  The Park Hopper Option is also fantastic if there are any other attractions or experiences that you were unable to see on your day at the Theme Park.  We regularly hop back to other Theme Parks because my daughter wants a quick flight on Space Mountain, or we missed Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.  In my opinion, Park Hopping truly allows guests to experience all Walt Disney World Resort has to offer by giving us more flexibility to enter more than one Theme Park per day during your stay.

There is also the option to modify your Theme Park Reservation using the Disney Park Pass system. Once you visit Disney's Hollywood Studios on the first day, if you feel like you were able to experience everything at Disney's Hollywood Studios you could always go into your My Disney Experience and change your Theme Park Reservation for the second day at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  With this option, please remember that modifying your Theme Park Reservation is always subject to Theme Park availability.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort, Tommy.  Please let us know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your vacation, we are always happy to help.
