Hi, we have a 3 day park hopper and have used 1 day we want to know how long you have to use them? Do they expire if not used and do you lose what you paid for them. Kelly

    Hi there, Kelly!

Welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for dropping by with a great Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It sounds like you've recently completed or are currently enjoying a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth - how exciting! I hope you've had an incredible trip so far, and I'm happy to help you understand your remaining theme park ticket entitlements.

Kelly, it sounds like you've purchased a 3-day theme park ticket with the Park Hopper option. Excellent choice! The Park Hopper option allows Guests to visit multiple Walt Disney World Resort theme parks within the same day. There's no better way to maximize the magic, in my opinion! Standard multi-day theme park tickets (e.g., most tickets purchased on the Walt Disney World Resort website) expire after their valid use window, Kelly. For example, a 3-day ticket can be used within a 5-day window beginning at the selected start date. Once a theme park ticket has been used, any unused entitlements remaining at the end of the valid use window will expire and be lost. Therefore, I encourage you to utilize those last couple of admissions, if at all possible!

If you think you may have purchased tickets with variable expiration dates, like Disney Military Salute Tickets, for example, then I recommend visiting a Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs if you're still on-site. The friendly Cast Members there will be able to help you pinpoint your ticket's valid use window. Alternatively, you could make a phone call to the Existing Tickets phone line if you've already left The Most Magical Place on Earth!

I hope this information helps you to maximize the magic remaining in your theme park tickets, Kelly. If you have any additional Walt Disney World Resort planning questions, you can always stop back by planDisney anytime! We're all ears.

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
