Hello, I have 6 -3 day park hopper tickets that weren’t used due to canceled covid trips. I do see they “expire on sept 26th. Is this correct?

    Hey there, Kimberly!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney! We always welcome the opportunity to help you make the most magical plans for your Disney destination stays by sharing ideas and tips from our own Disney vacations.

I think the best way to get confirmation on the expiration dates for your previously purchased theme park tickets for Walt Disney World Resort is to contact the Walt Disney World Ticketing team by calling them at (407)-566-4985. The Cast Members with the Ticketing team can look at the details of your tickets with you and help you find out about how you can use the tickets. (You can also contact the Ticketing team through email using the Ticket Inquiries email address found here.)

Kimberly, hopefully you'll be planning your visit to Walt Disney World Resort soon. When you get started, come back and ask us here at planDisney for any recommendations you'd like. We're always happy to help.

You might also want to check out the Disney Parks blog for all the exciting new announcements and follow the planDisney Panelists on social media for tips, ideas, and answers to popular questions.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
