Hi Denise! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question!
A trip during the
holiday season to the Walt Disney World Resort sounds like a dream come true! With festive decor found throughout the parks and resorts, you will have the merriest time during your stay.
Four-day
Park Hopper tickets are the perfect amount of time to not only visit all four theme parks but also keep your days as flexible as possible. You can begin your day in one park, then hop over to another to finish out the day. You'll be happy to know that if you purchased date-based park tickets, theme park reservations are no longer required. You'll simply show up at the park you want to visit each day and enter as you normally would. This allows you to be a bit spontaneous throughout your stay and change your plan if you see fit.
If your park tickets are not date-based, theme park reservations may be required. This applies to certain special ticket offers, Annual Passes, and other select tickets. Typically, if you purchased tickets on the Walt Disney World website and had to select a start date, then these should fall under a date-based ticket. If you want to clarify, you can always
call the Ticket and Hotel Reservations line and speak to a Cast Member. They will be able to determine your exact ticket type and let you know if reservations are required.
Denise, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay!
