We have 4 day park hopper tickets. 3 days are part of our package and one day is a dated ticket for our first day at the parks. If these are all linked to our magic bands, how will we be assured the dated ticket is used first?

    Hi Maresi!

You’ve done an awesome job planning your trip and you’re almost ready to enjoy your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I'm happy to help you with your question so you can use your MagicBands seamlessly during your trip.

It sounds like you have purchased 4-day theme park tickets with the Park Hopper Option as part of your vacation package. Currently, when you purchase Walt Disney World Resort theme parks tickets, you must specify the date of your ticket's first use and you have a window to use the remaining admission days. Even though you selected the date of your ticket's first use at purchase, it's still considered one consolidated ticket and the system will automatically utilize your tickets throughout your trip. So if your tickets are 4-day theme park tickets, you don’t need to prioritize them and you are all set to touch your MagicBands to enter the theme parks throughout your trip!

If I misunderstood your ticket situation and you actually have two separate tickets, a 1-day ticket and a 3-day ticket, then you will need to prioritize them before you use them to enter a theme park. Simply head to Guest Relations outside of the first theme park you will be visiting and let them know you need to prioritize your tickets. They can set them in your account to ensure that you use your tickets in the correct order!

If you're unsure of your ticket type or you just want to confirm to ensure you use them correctly, you can always visit the My Disney Experience Tickets, Passes, & Memory Maker page, which will list all of your theme park tickets. If you have any questions about your specific ticket, I recommend that you call the Existing Ticket Cast Members.

Maresi, if I haven't quite understood your ticket situation or if you have additional questions about enjoying your magical vacation, feel free to come back to ask me another question so I can help you again!

    T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
