Welcome to planDisney, Scott. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.
It sounds like you’re getting ready to blast off to infinity and beyond with a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth really soon! Since your
Park Hopper ticket is already linked on your phone (I’m guessing you’re referring to
Disneyland mobile app), you do not need to print out the unique QR code that was sent to your email address. You can conveniently scan the linked ticket when you arrive at the turnstile for park entry. On my last few trips to the parks, I did not need to show my QR code or my physical ticket when entering. On your first day when you scan your ticket’s barcode on the Disneyland mobile app for entry, the Cast Member will print out a paper ticket (just like the ones we used to get!). It’s nice to have a paper ticket handy in case, say your phone ran out of battery or Stitch caused a glitch on the Disneyland mobile app.
I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan your upcoming trip. Please don’t hesitate to visit us again on
planDisney if you have more questions.
See ya real soon,
Kiki
