Hello there Dan,
From one Arizonan to another, welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for this question!
Unfortunately, from what you're describing, it does sound like this
theme park ticket has likely expired. My suggestion would be to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line to confirm, but you are correct that multi-day tickets expire 13 days after their first use, so likely the first day of use for this ticket was on 10/19/2023, which means the final day for it to be used would have been 11/01/2023.
However, if you're thinking about ways to get even more value out of your visits to the Disneyland Resort, I have a few ideas!
First, there was a recent announcement that
Magic Key Passes would be opening up for sale again on January 10 (which is tomorrow, from the time that I'm writing this answer). This is hands-down the best purchase if you plan on visiting the parks multiple times over the next year.
If you're only planning on one or two trips, then you can keep an eye on the
Special Offers & Discounts page. Currently, they have a really great
Kids' Special Ticket Offer running through March 10, and also are offering
discounted stays at the Disneyland Resort Hotels through March 7.
I'm personally a big fan of the discounted hotel stay offers. Not only are the Disneyland Resort Hotels beautiful and keep the magic going for your whole trip, but they also give you the additional perk of
Early Entry for a select park each morning. This is a great way to fit a few extra attractions before the park opens to the general public!
Thanks again for your question, Dan! I hope you have a great time on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
