Hello, I have a 2015 3-day Park Hopper ticket that was never activated and used. Can this ticket still be linked and used this year? Thank you. Crystal

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cory & Crystal! I think it’s fabulous you found a bit of magic in your drawer and are ready to use it! Walt Disney World Resort will honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days. Since you know the ticket was never activated, but may have questions about it, you can always email ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include a scan of the front and back of the ticket, your name, phone number, and if you remember, where/when/how the ticket was purchased. A Cast Member will get back to you in a few days or less, much like the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

If your ticket has a 12 digit ID code on the back, you should be able to link the ticket up to My Disney Experience and assign it to a member of your family. If you are successful with this, you’ll see if the ticket has expirations, valid dates or blackouts for entry, etc. If there are any more ticketing questions I can help you with, please let me know. I would love to sprinkle some pixie dust into your vacation planning! ~ Lindsey P.
