We have 8day park hopper and thinking about upgrading to annual passes once we arrive. I've seen conflicting info on whether or not we need to upgrade before we enter a park on our first day. Another thing says that it doesn't matter. Which is it?? TY

    Hi Ally,

You will have up to 14 days after first use (day of first use plus 13 days) of your 8 day Magic Your Way park hoppers to upgrade to an Annual Pass.

You would also need to do the upgrade PRIOR to using the 8th day of admission. Once you utilize the last day's admission (in your case day 8), then the ticket is no longer eligible for upgrades.

Any upgrade to an Annual Pass must be done at the Guest Relations locations at the theme parks, water parks, or Downtown Disney. While resorts can do some ticket upgrades, they do not provide upgrades to annual passes, so plan accordingly.

Feel free to stop by a Guest Relations location to inquire about an upgrade. They are extremely helpful!
