Greetings, Neil!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question.
At this time, when you
purchase theme park admission with Park Hopper Plus Option the number of visits to other fun Walt Disney World experiences you get is based on the length of your ticket. If you buy a 1-day ticket, it will be valid for admission to all four theme parks and you get one visit to a water park or another fun Walt Disney World experience during the same date range. I highly recommend using your plus option to visit
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park or
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. They are the perfect places to cool off from the heat, especially during the summer months.
In addition, I would like to suggest experiences at the Walt Disney World Resort that do not require a ticket. Visiting
Disney Springs is definitely on my list of must-do activities. You can enjoy several dining, shopping and entertainment opportunities. From Disney Springs, take a boat down Sassagoula River to visit
Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter and stop by
Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory to try their famous and delicious beignets or my favorite Southern dish, Shrimp & Grits. How about visiting the Disney Resort hotels served by the
Walt Disney World Monorail System? Start with the perfect Happy Hour at the brand new
Enchanted Rose lounge at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, hop on the monorail and head over to Disney’s Contemporary Resort to have dinner with amazing views of Magic Kingdom Park at
California Grill, then take the monorail one more time to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, grab a delicious Dole Whip at
Pineapple Lanai, and secure a spot to watch
Happily Ever After fireworks from the beach.
Thank you for stopping by once again, Neil! I hope this helps you plan a magical visit.
