Hello Pat and welcome back to planDisney!
What a thrill to find an old Walt Disney World Ticket! I love to go to thrift stores to find old fun stuff but finding it right in your own home is even better! Non-expiring park hopper tickets socked away since 2008 would fit the bill! I still have some unused tickets from the first trip I took to the Magic Kingdom back in the early 1970’s! I’m not going to exchange those, but you might be able to do that with yours!
A couple of routes for you to take. You can call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and Ticket line and let them know you have an older, non-expiring pass. A Cast Member can help you by looking up the ticket number, and they will let you know if there are any days remaining that can be exchanged for current admission. Have the ticket with you when you call, so you have the full number or information needed for the Cast Member.
You can always go to
Guest Relations at any Walt Disney World theme park or
Disney Springs. A Cast Member will scan the tickets, confirm whether they are indeed the old non-expiring type, and can convert them into modern digital tickets and link them to your account.
Pat, what a treasure to find after 18 years! Just like a new toy heading to Andy’s house after all these years! I hope you can convert these tickets and enjoy many new magical memories! Enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
