    we have 5-day park hopper passes and a room at Paradise Pier for 2/27 -3/5. The site wouldn't let us book park reservations without having tickets. There is nothing available for 2/28, and I cant see the rest of the week. How do I fix this?

    Howdy, Patrick! I am so excited to hear that you have a trip planned for this spring! 

    With your vacation package, you will receive your actual eTickets four days before you arrive. However, you can use your vacation package confirmation number to make theme park reservations up to 90 days in advance. The theme park reservation calendar just recently extended into March, so that's why you may not have seen availability when you first checked. Here is how you make theme park reservations for your vacation package:

    • Start on the "Theme Park Tickets and Reservations" page. Click the "Make Park Reservations" button. 
    • After logging into your account, you'll be directed to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Scroll down and click the "Retrieve Hotel Reservation" button.
    • Enter your confirmation number, last name, and arrival date. You will then be directed back to make theme park reservations for your trip. 

    With your Park Hopper tickets, you will make theme park reservations for the park you want to start at each day. Then at 1:00 p.m., you can start hopping to the other park.
