I have a 4-day park hopper pass - unused - but under my son's name. He no longer has an interest in going to Disneyland and I would like to know if I can put this unused ticket in another name. Or do I just lose out on the money?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Carmen!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan an upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! Thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of your PLANNING TEAM! WOO HOO!

So, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that you most certainly CAN allow someone else use your already purchased Disneyland Theme Park Tickets! When your group visits one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will then take a picture of each person using their specific ticket. At that point, the ticket will then be assigned to the person on the picture, not to the person on the ticket! Please be aware that all four days of the Park Hopper Tickets will need to be used by the person on the picture. The tickets would not be able to transfer to another Guest after the tickets are officially assigned.

Don't you just LOVE happy endings?! I know I do!

As you know, Mickey Mouse and his pals are making exciting announcements all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss any of them! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and be sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information.

If you have other questions, please let us know!  We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
