Hello and welcome to
planDisney, Linda.
I always think it is so exciting when people find old Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets with no expiration date. I think that's got to be like the ultimate pixie-dusted treat! The good news is that Walt Disney World continues to honor all unexpired theme park tickets with remaining admission days. However, since you purchased the theme park tickets so long ago, they no longer work with the current online system. You'll need to call (407) 939-1289 and have a Cast Member help you
convert your old tickets into new ones that will work with the new system.
After you've got your tickets converted, Linda, you'll then need to link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. From there, you'll also need to make park pass reservations to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks.
Park pass reservations are basically like a virtual placeholder in line at the theme park you'd like to visit each day. This is because the parks are still operating at a limited capacity.
Park hopping looks a little bit different than it did before, Linda. Now to park hop you must have a park pass reservation at the initial theme park you'd like to visit each day. On the day of, you must scan in and enter the theme park with the park pass reservation first before continuing on later in the day. Park hopping hours now start at 2:00 p.m. and last until each park closes in the evenings. To make park hopping a little more convenient, complimentary park-to-park bus transportation is currently being provided.
Linda, I am so excited for you and your upcoming vacation to the most magical place on earth. If you have any other questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help.
Have fun!
Jackie H.
