Hiya, Lori!
Welcome to planDisney! I hope that you and your travel party are getting excited about your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. The countdown is on, and you will be arriving before you know it!
The Park Hopper option is a fantastic choice. These tickets give your days so much extra flexibility when planning out your must-do experiences and attractions. Currently, a
Disney Park Pass reservation is required for each day in addition to valid theme park tickets. You will need to make a reservation for every day that you plan on entering a theme park. Tickets with the Park Hopper option only need to make a reservation for the location where you plan on starting your day. So if you are rope dropping at Magic Kingdom Park and heading to EPCOT for the evening spectacular
Harmonious, you will only have to make a reservation for Magic Kingdom. You must enter the park you have a reservation for before you can hop to the next one. Be sure to secure your reservations for each of your park days as soon as you have finalized your itinerary. You can check the
theme park reservation availability calendar before finalizing your plans, to make sure that your park of choice for each day is available. Recently, some dates have offered limited availability. I recommend making your reservations as soon as possible to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Lori, I also want to mention that current Park Hopper hours
are after 2 PM. You can check the
My Disney Experience app for the most recent park-hopping hours as you get closer to your arrival date. Entrance is also based on availability. If a theme park reaches capacity and cannot accommodate park hopping, you will receive a push notification from the mobile app. I hope all of these details help you plan the best vacation ever.
Have a memorable and magical time!
We'll see ya real soon!
Tammy
