I have a 5 day park hopper pass. If I make a dinner reservation at Cinderella's table on a night that the Halloween event is going on, will I be required to buy a ticket for the Halloween event in order to go into the park to eat dinner?

Hey there, Nicole. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for dropping by to chit-chat about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation.

Nicole, park hopping is my favorite way to spend a day. I'm so glad to know that you've decided on park hopping for your itinerary as well. I love starting the day off at one Walt Disney World Theme Park early in the morning, taking a midday break for a swim and then finishing up the day with snacks and sips at EPCOT. It's a great plan!

Nicole, Cinderella's Royal Table will be taking reservations for day Guests with regular theme park tickets up until the park closes. Those Guests with advanced dining reservations will be able to enjoy their meal with no rush - like it is any other day. Once the meal is over, if Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party has officially started, the Guests that do not have party tickets will be asked to exit Magic Kingdom Park. Cast Members can easily identify Guests that aren't attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party because wristbands are given out to those Guests with event tickets. To access attractions during this time, Guests will need to show their wristbands. If someone doesn't have a party wristband, they are reminded or sometimes escorted to the gates of the theme park.

So you are absolutely able to enjoy Cinderella's Royal Table for dinner during your vacation. Just keep in mind when you are finished with your meal, you'll need to exit Magic Kingdom Park. In the evenings if I am not at a Walt Disney World Theme Park, you can find me at Disney Springs. This is the shopping, dining and entertainment hub of Walt Disney World. There are so many great places to grab a bite to eat but if you've just eaten dinner then it will be a great spot to walk off your meal. I love grabbing a glass of wine and listening to the live music that is offered. There are many stages and areas where music is played. It would be a great way to finish your evening.

I hope this helps plan out your itinerary a little bit better, Nicole. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Happy planning!
    Jackie H.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
