I have a 6 day park hopper / no expiration pass. However, how do I determine how many days are left on that

Hi there Kathryn, and welcome to planDisney

A valid Walt Disney World theme park ticket with remaining visits is more valuable than all of Tomatoa's shiny treasures. You're one lucky wayfinder! Years ago, my family and I would purchase tickets with the no-expiration option, and use them for short, weekend trips. I still have a few days left on one of my tickets from pre-2013 when this upgrade was eliminated, and I'd be happy to share how I keep track of the number of remaining entitlements.

First, make sure your ticket is linked to your My Disney Experience account. Then, in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three lines in the bottom right corner of the home screen to bring up the welcome menu. Next, select Tickets and Passes, and you should see "6-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper & No Expiration Options" under your name. Just below that ticket description, you will see the number of days remaining. This only shows up when I view my tickets in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, and not on the browser version.

Kathryn, if you don't find what you're looking for, you can send an e-mail to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com that includes as much information about your original purchase as possible, including photos of the front and back of the ticket. Years ago, before information regarding remaining theme parks days was visible on the My Disney Experience Mobile App, I used this e-mail contact and received a response several business days later.

Finally, if you are trying to make Disney Park Pass reservations for an upcoming trip and you aren't sure how many days are left on your ticket, the Disney Park Pass System will only let you make reservations for as many days as you have valid theme park admission. If you begin making reservations and after for example, you've made 3, you aren't able to make any more, you'll know that your ticket has 3 days remaining.

I hope this is helpful, Kathryn! The My Disney Experience Mobile App has really made it easier for me to keep track of my family's older tickets, and I'll keep my fingers crossed that the solution is just as simple for you. Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, and we'll see ya real soon!
