I have a 1 day park hopper complimentary ticket that expired during the height of COVID - October 18,2020. Can I use it?

    Hello Anna,

It's great to hear you're planning a visit to "The Happiest Place on Earth." It's always such a fun time to visit the theme parks at the Disneyland Resort because there's so much to see and do and experience.

It's helpful to know that theme park ticket expiration dates can vary depending on the specific ticket type and its details. One note I can share is that there were a number of theme park ticket types for which the expiration dates were extended by the Disneyland Resort. For examples of some of these ticket types and their new expiration dates, take a glance at the "Modifications and Cancellations" information shared with the "Theme Park Tickets & Reservations" overview.

There are a couple of ways I can suggest to check the expiration date for your theme park ticket.

First, you can check that your theme park ticket is linked to your Disney account either using the online linking tools in the "My Disneyland" features or using the Disneyland Resort mobile app and the "Link Tickets & Passes" feature (go to the main menu in the lower right, tap the "Tickets and Passes" tile and tap the "Link Tickets & Passes" tile). When the ticket is linked with your account, the expiration date for the ticket should be displayed for you.

Another way to check the expiration date for your theme park ticket is to call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. You can speak with a Cast Member about the details of your ticket and its expiration date.

Anna, here's wishing you a wonderful and fun visit to the Disneyland Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
