Hi Robert,
Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for taking the time to stop by with your great question. I am so excited to see that you are planning a visit to Disneyland Resort later this spring, May is the perfect time to visit, the weather is beautiful and I love all of the flowers and trees in blossom around the Resort!
When the temporary closure of Disneyland Resort was announced last year, most Theme Park Tickets had the
expiration dates automatically extended until December 16, 2021. I have heard that several guests have had to relink their tickets in order to begin making Theme Park Reservations. To do this, sign into your
Disney account on the official
Disneyland Resort website. From there, hover over the "My Disneyland" tab in the far right corner of the website and scroll down to "Link Tickets". On the next page you will be asked to enter your
Ticket ID and then follow the prompts to complete the process. Your Theme Park Tickets may not appear on the website, so I do recommend trying to make your
Theme Park Reservations once you have linked your Tickets.
If you are still unable to make your Theme Park Reservations, please call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and a Cast Member will be able to help properly link your Theme Park Tickets. When calling, you may be placed in a queue and it may take a little longer than usual for your call to be answered. Cast Members are working hard to help all of the guests who are ready to get back to the Happiest Place on Earth!
I hope this helps and that you will be able to successfully book your Theme Park Reservations, Robert. If you have any other questions, please come back to
planDisney, we are always happy to help!
