Barbara from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have a 3 day package, resort and park tickets starting April 25. I am considering a Pixie Dust annual pass as we are now Florida residents. If I purchase now , will they activate when we enter the park on April 25? I already paid for the package.

Hey Barbara your trip is so close I can smell the popcorn on Main Street U.S.A. I really hope you are starting to get excited. You are officially a Florida resident and can take advantage of the annual passholder option.

Your resort stay is just around the river bend and your magical stay will begin. Whichever of the Disney Resort Collection hotels you decided on they all are inside the magic. April is a great time to visit, with so much already happening and so many new things to enjoy. I can hardly contain myself. So the opportunity to Become an Annual Passholder is returning on April 20, 2023, and Disney fans everywhere are rejoicing. Being a Florida resident gives you the opportunity to purchase 4 different types of passes. The Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass, and Disney Pirate Pass will be available that day. The Pixie Dust Pass is very popular amongst many of my Floridian friends. It can be activated on the first day of your arrival instead of the day you purchase it.

The Magic Kingdom Park has two new things I have to tell you about, the first is TRON Lightcycle / Run Presented by Enterprise this new coaster is open and allowing users to enter the grid. You will need to use your My Disney Experience App the day of your visit to try and get a spot using the "Virtual Queue" The queue opens up each day at 7 a.m. and another at 1 p.m. The second is the fan favorite Happily Ever After has returned. This nighttime fireworks extravaganza is capturing hearts again. With all-new projections up and down Main Street any location you decide to watch from is going to be a great view. Check both of these new offerings out because they are the talk of the town.

I hope you have an excellent time during your stay and that this information was helpful. If you have any other questions please head on back and ask me a question anytime at planDisney.

    Have a magical stay!
