Is there a 1/2 day option ticket for Epcot. We have 2 girls ages 3 and 7 and want to go to the fireworks and character dinner after 2 days in MK. Good idea or not? Just trying to save some money. Thanks in advance for advise, 1st timers with kids

    Hi Robin,

The Walt Disney World Resort does not currently offer half day park tickets.  If you plan to go to Epcot with your daughters after two full days in the Magic Kingdom, you will need a ticket for a third day for each member of your travel party.  However, if the tickets you are using during your Magic Kingdom days have the park-hopper option, you could visit Epcot the same day you visit the Magic Kingdom.

If you were only planning to go to Epcot for the evening Illuminations fireworks display, you might want to consider planning a character meal at Cape May Cafe in Disney's Beach Club Resort.  Then, after dinner, you could wander out the back of the resort and enjoy the fireworks from the beach.  If you are not entering the park, you don't need a ticket for that day.  It's just one other option to consider.

Wishing you a magical Walt Disney World experience!
