Hi Christopher! Thanks for visiting planDisney.
Who doesn't want to extend the magic of a Disneyland Resort visit? I completely understand wanting to add another day to the fun, and the good news is that you should be able to add a day to your valid 2-day standard admission ticket. I'm happy to walk you through how to
modify your multi-day ticket.
If you haven't used your ticket, you can call the
Tickets phone line ahead of your visit to speak with a friendly Cast Member about adding a day. They're always happy to help any way they can. You'll need to pay the difference, so have your method of payment handy when you make the call. Prices may change. Making this change as soon as possible is a good idea, as you'll need a
theme park reservation, and availability can be limited and isn't guaranteed.
If you are currently enjoying the parks, you can also purchase an additional day and make a new theme park reservation in person, depending on availability. Stop by the Guest Services window in the Esplanade to speak with a Cast Member about paying the difference, so you can add another day of fun to your visit. Just remember to do so before your tickets expire, as expired tickets can no longer have days added to them.
There are additional modifications you can make to your ticket, depending on availability. For example, we love the freedom and flexibility of
Park Hopper. We like to start the day in one park, eat lunch, and then hop over to the other park, before returning to our original park for evening entertainment. You can do that! We also love spending less time in queues and more time exploring the parks as a family with
Lightning Lane Passes. These additions can often be made right in the
Disneyland mobile app, which is incredibly handy!
I hope you have a magical time.
Elizabeth.
