I have a 3-day one park per day ticket at Disneyland park. Do I need to have an After Dark ticket in order to reserve After Dark dining?

Hi Elcee Marcielle! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

I just know you're going to have the best time on your upcoming visit! A 3-day ticket will give you lots of time to explore all the parks have to offer, including all the excitement surrounding Pixar Fest. This fest is a celebration of friendship and features Entertainment, special Characters, cute merchandise, and themed menu items. If you love to have your must-eat and must-drink list ready to go before you arrive, be sure to check out Disney Eat's Foodie Guide for all the official food and beverage news.

Disneyland After Dark events occur at various times throughout the year, and I can attest that they're a lot of fun. These festive nighttime specially ticketed events take place after after-hours, and they often offer Guests shorter queues, special Character interactions, Entertainment, and more. If you want to make a dining reservation after-hours in a park that is hosting an After Dark event, you need to have a special ticket. Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite is taking place on your park day, but unfortunately, all Pride Nite tickets are currently sold out for this year. These events are incredibly popular and often sell out. So, there is no way to attend this event without having secured a ticket when they were still available.

I'm sorry if that's not the news you were hoping for today! You can still make a dining reservation during normal park hours: We often choose to have a sit-down Table Service meal at lunchtime to give our feet a rest. You can also dine in the Downtown Disney District and the Disneyland Resort Hotels, which won't be affected by the after-hours event. You can filter your results by clicking "All Filters" and selecting from among the following locations: Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, Downtown Disney District, and Pixar Place Hotel. Some of my favorite dining locations are in Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! Napa Rose is a really elevated dining experience. Not only are there tasty options outside the parks, but they also offer the Disney theming and atmosphere you'd expect. Check out the menus and search for availability. Hopefully, you can find the perfect spot for your meal!

    I hope this helps.
