We have a 10 day no expiration ticket linked to my Disney Experience. We want to purchase a 5 day pass to use on our next visit and save the no expiration for the future. How can we be sure the correct one is used?

Hello, Beth! This is a great question. I had a similar issue this year with multiple trips planned simultaneously in My Disney Experience. I had two sets of tickets linked. One was a 5 day Park Hopper, and the other was a 2 day ticket. I was going to need to use my 2 day ticket first, and really didn't want to accidentally use my 5 day Park Hopper, so I had to go to Guest Services to have them prioritize my 2 day tickets. They can do this at any park, Downtown Disney, or at concierge in your Resort Hotel. Simply tell them the situation and ask them to prioritize the 5 day tickets. I hope that they can find a way to resolve this in the future as I'm sure many people are having this issue. Or it may just be us crazy Disney folk who have multiple trips planned at once! :)

If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask. Have a magical Walt Disney World vacation!
