I've got a 6 day/5 night trip coming up and have a 3-day Park-per-day pass with WP+sports. Plan is WP day1, then parks each day after. Can I go to MK at 9 am, leave at 12pm & go to Blizzard B. for a couple hours then go back to MK say at 6pm? ty

Hi there Josh, wishing you a super warm Canadian welcome to planDisney - I'm always happy to bestow some knowledge to a fellow Canuck!

Being able to add on a Water Park and Sports Option to our tickets has definitely been one of the things that has been a real game changer for us this past year; it's great that the number of visits redeemable for entry to one of the awesome Water Parks and Golf Courses is equal to the length of your ticket. It looks like in your case, you'll have three chances to take advantage of some additional fun outside of the Theme Parks!

Currently, as long as you have a Theme Park Reservation for Magic Kingdom Park on that day, you'll be able to leave for a midday break to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park and return in the evening in time to finish the day with Fireworks. Note that at the present time, Water Park hours in February have a posted closing time of 5:00 PM and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Depending on the way you choose to embark on your journey between Theme Park to Water Park, you'll find that the most direct option besides driving is taking advantage of Minnie Van Service for a personal ride that can take you right to the entrance. This is because there currently aren't any direct forms of complimentary Resort Transportation from Magic Kingdom Park to Blizzard Beach; we usually take advantage of the easy walking distance to Disney's Contemporary Resort or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and embark on our multi-bus journey from there.

There's a fun bit of irony in leaving the chilly Canadian weather we're having for a wintery water wonderland, but there's a comforting feeling in knowing that any time it snows at Blizzard Beach, it doesn't come with freezing weather. From the sounds of it, you were looking to return back to the Magic Kingdom after 6:00 PM, so why not use one of your Water Park and Sports entries for a quick round over at Winter Summerland Miniature Golf?

With your trip coming up soon, I hope this helped you plan ahead; feel free to come back to planDisney and ask me for any other bits of experience or knowledge that can help you on your journey.

Wishing you all the best on your quest for some not-so-frosty fun in February!
