    I have a 5 day military ticket and I can't find out how many days are left on the ticket. I have looked at my Disney Experience. Can you tell me how I can find out this information?

    Hi Shannon! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    First, I want to thank you and your family for your service! It looks like you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon and how great that you already have remaining days on your ticket for this trip! I'm happy to help you figure out how many days are left.

    One way to check is on the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you haven't already, download this complimentary app on your phone and sign into your My Disney Experience account on it. Next, under "Park Info & Entry" select "My Tickets." This should bring up all of the tickets linked to your account and should show how many park days are remaining, as well as the "valid through" date. I do want to mention that sometimes there can be a glitch and it will not show the correct information, so for the most accurate information you can call Disney directly at (407) 566-4985 and a Cast Member can assist you.
