We have got 14 day Magic Tickets and are coming in July and August 2023. Do we need to make any park reservations?

    Hiya Laura!

Welcome to planDisney! So exciting to know that a very special trip to Walt Disney World is coming your way!

Right now, until January 9, 2024, Theme Park Reservations are required for all tickets to Walt Disney World.  Looking at the current Theme Park Reservation Availability it seems that you are going to have no problem with picking the Resort you wish to visit and on which date. I suggest you not delay though as that can change at any moment.

I can't wait till we don't have to make Theme Park Reservations anymore but I don't know if it would have changed my style of planning. I have usually planned out all my Dining Reservations to coordinate with my Park days and have my days set in stone by the time I arrive. Sometimes where I want to eat becomes the main focus of my whole holiday! I hope that you are looking at where you want to eat and I would like to suggest you consider Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's brand new, all-you-care-to enjoy and so well themed in a way only Walt Disney World can accomplish.

I hope I helped and if you have any questions feel free to let me know if you have any more questions!

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
