We have the 14 day magic ticket, and I noticed that entry into ESPN Wide World of Sport is included. Does that include entry to NIT Season Tip-Off or ESPN Events Invitational on the 28th & 29th November? If not, what else is there to do there?

    Hi there, Kirsten!

A warm welcome to planDisney and thanks for stopping by with an excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. You're just days away from your enchanting escape to The Most Magical Place on Earth - are you counting down the minutes!? Now, let's chat about how to make the most of your 14-Day Magic Tickets before the clock strikes twelve on your upcoming getaway!

Kirsten, the 14-Day Magic Ticket offers a truly excellent value, allowing U.K. and Ireland-based Guests to experience all facets of the Walt Disney World Resort over an extended stay! Not only will you have access to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks for 14 days during your visit, but you'll also receive 14 separate entitlements to visit the Disney water parks or experience "sports-based" options on property. I chatted with a friendly Cast Member who informed me that Guests with Disney Magic Tickets can redeem their "Water Park and Sports" entitlements towards admission to the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex for non-ticketed events. If an event is taking place that requires separate admission, you'll be responsible for any additional admission costs. It does look like the two events you've mentioned require tickets, so you'd need to purchase separate admission to attend either of these tournaments.

Apart from the world-class events that take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Guests can find several dining options and occasional shopping opportunities at this locale (pending availability). Since you'll be enjoying an extended vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort, I encourage you to at least visit the complex and check it out! I've visited this location on several occasions, previously to attend MLB "spring training" baseball games, and more recently, to pick up my race bib for runDisney race weekends. I've always been very impressed by the magnitude and upkeep of the grounds at the complex! I'd say it's worth a visit.

Kirsten, I hope you've found this information helpful, even if it isn't what you were hoping to hear. I'm wishing you a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort holiday! If you have any more questions before your trip, you can always pop back over to planDisney again anytime. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
