I have a day left on my ticket from a year ago. It is saying that they are not activated

    Hi, there!

Welcome to planDisney, Lennie. I'm so glad to hear you'll be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort next week!

Not knowing the exact details of your Theme Park Ticket, it's hard to know why you're receiving a message that it hasn't been activated. With your arrival being just a week away, my best advice is to reach out to the Ticketing Team to check on the status of your ticket. You can call the Ticketing Team at (407) 566-4985. The Ticketing Team can also be reached by emailing ticket.usage@disneyworld.com. When you email them, be sure to include the following information:

    1. Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
    2. Your full name
    3. Where and when the ticket was purchased
    4. Purchaser's name and form of payment
    5. Phone number where you can be reached during the day

At this time, Guests need Theme Park Reservations in addition to valid admission for entry into the theme parks. Once your ticket is sorted out and it's linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservation via the Disney Park Pass System right away!

I hope this was helpful, Lennie. I'm wishing you a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
